THERAPIES & TREATMENTS:

  • A specific treatment plan depends on individual factors, which is why we rely on the information you shared in your pre-evaluation form to approve your visit. We need to fully evaluate you during your initial consultation to create a personalized and detailed treatment plan, as well as to review your blood work, medical records, and medical history.

  • If you are a new patient, lab tests are required. You may have them completed up to 3 months before your appointment and bring the results with you.

    If you do not have these lab results, you may have the tests performed upon your arrival on the day of your appointment.

    For returning patients, lab tests are only required if your physician requested them during your last visit.

  • You should bring a one-week supply of your current medications with you. During your consultation, please discuss with your doctor the medication you are currently taking in case there is any need to make some adjustments with the treatments we will provide.

  • With most cases there is no problem, but make sure to tell your doctor all the medications/supplements that you are currently taking in case there is any need to make some adjustments.

  • It is strictly necessary that every patient at the clinic has an appointment approved and made in advance prior to arriving at the clinic; please avoid last minute replacements as this may result in not having a consultation.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS:

  • The number of days is determined based on your current location and most importantly, on your diagnosis/medical condition. With this information we know the treatments we can offer and how we can schedule them accordingly. Usually, patients coming from the US are requested to come in for a 3–5-day visit.

  • Medical tourism is highly important in our city, so we take great care to ensure the safety of our visitors. Our clinic is located in an area with a large number of medical offices, hospitals, restaurants, shopping centers, and more, making it a safe place, far from any situation that could put your well-being at risk. You can count on the support of our staff to receive recommendations for places you may want to visit that are suitable and safe for you.

  • If you require transportation services, we recommend arranging it in advance directly with Easy Cross, a trusted company. This will ensure that a driver is ready to pick you up. You can make arrangements through their website at www.easycross.us.

    Regarding your stay, we highly recommend choosing local hotels. There are several nearby hotels with which we have negotiated special rates. You can find more information by visiting our Travel & Lodging section.

  • lt is mandatory for U.S. citizens entering the United States and Mexico by land to have a valid U.S. passport.

  • If traveling by plane, it is essential to arrive at San Diego International Airport. We recommend arriving the day before your appointment to rest and begin your consultation and therapies on time the next day. Additionally, consider flying back home the day after your last visit to the clinic to ensure you complete all your therapies and attend your final consultation without delays. Changing to an earlier flight may result in incomplete therapies and a high risk of missing your flight.

  • No, we are an independent medical institution, and our only office is in Tijuana, México. Only our medical doctors are trained and responsible to guide our patients during their stay and in their at-home treatment. Bioadvanced Medical Center is not responsible for any charges or additional services not performed through our official means or at our facilities.

Cost & Payment methods

  • We cannot confirm costs or specific treatments to be performed until you have your in-person consultation with the doctor, as it is necessary to gather additional information about your medical condition, such as lab results, imaging studies, medical history, etc.

    You may cover your balance with credit/debit card, cash, personal or cashier's check (except American Express or Discover cards).
